No matter the breed, your dog needs care—nails, brushing, baths—the whole package. Some pups wiggle, some tremble, and some make it very clear they do not want to cooperate.
Forcing it? Not fun, stressful and unsafe.
At Kerri’s Kind Pet Care, we use cooperative care training techniques to turn grooming and care into a positive experience. Your dog learns to be calm, comfortable and cooperative—making every bath, haircut and nail trim easier for life.
Set your dog up for a lifetime of stress-free care! 🐾✨
Cooperative Care in Action!
This is what doing a dog's nails can look like after cooperative care training! Jasper has learn to be calm, comfortable and cooperative for nail trimming.🐾
Cooperative Care training involves counter conditioning and desensitization- breaking down each procedure into small, manageable steps that your dog is comfortable with and pairing this with yummy treats! We slowly increase difficulty when your dog is ready and never use force.
